Shipping:
We ship worldwide!
Unless otherwise requested, all our Canadian and US orders
are shipped prepaid and insured via Expedited Parcel Post or Xpresspost,
normally the same or next business day. If an item is out of stock,
you will be contacted with an approximate arrival date.
International orders are usually shipped via Xpresspost
International and we can provide quotes on shipping costs. All taxes,
duties or other importation requirements (import permits etc.) will
be the responsibility of the customer. All prices are charged in
Canadian Dollars.
Payment methods:
All our prices are in CANADIAN Dollars!
For in-store purchases we accept Cash, Debit Card, VISA
or MasterCard.
For online orders we accept VISA and MasterCard as well
as Direct Bank Deposits.
For Canadian customers only, we can also accept Money Orders
or Email Money Transfers.
Cheques will only be accepted from customers with established accounts.
Return policy:
If an item does not meet with your expectations or requirements,
please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, and then return
it within 7 days of the day of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Returned items must be in the same new and unused condition in which
they were received and must be shipped freight prepaid, in the original
packaging. Subsequently, we will credit your original method of
payment, excluding shipping and handling charges.
Special order items, customized items, food related items, undergarments,
excessively worn and customer-damaged items are not returnable.
