Q: Is it safe to use credit cards
for online purchases from the SEALS Action Gear website?
A: Our site is equiped with the latest 128-bit

credit card information) is transfered to us in a secure manner
and can not be viewed by other users of the world wide web. Your
personal information (like name and address) is securily stored
in our database for your convenience when placing future orders,
while your credit card information is deleted immediately
after the order is shipped.
Q: Since the items in the online catalogue
are used by law enforcement or military agencies. Are ordinary
citizens allowed to buy and posses these items?
A: Everything displayed in the online catalogue
is legal for sale to the general public. We do sell items to our
law enforcement customers which are prohibited for sale to the general
public, but these are currently not displayed on our website.
Q: Sometimes only sizes Small to X-Large
are listed in the catalogue, but the size charts list both smaller
and larger sizes. Are they available?
A: Yes, although we usually only stock most
of our garments in sizes Small to X-Large, we can order other sizes
provided they are available. Please email us with your requirements
and we will check on availability.
Q: What happens if an item is out of stock?
A: We have new product arriving in our store
every day of the week. If something is out of stock at time of order,
we will let you know immediately, as well as the date that we expect
it to arrive. As a rule of thumb, most items are back in stock within
a few weeks.
Q: How long will it take for a special order
(an item not normally carried in inventory) to arrive?
A: Delivery dates on special order products
can vary depending on the manufacturer. In matters of urgency, arrangements
can be made to speed up the delivery by using alternate shipping
methods.
Q: Why are certain countries missing from
the list of choices when placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, certain countries have
extremely unreliable delivery systems and shipments do not reach
their destinations, others have chosen to engage us in terrorist
activities or war or support those that do! We will not ship
to any nation that threatens our freedom or endangers the lives
of our troops!
