This 6" x 8" ceramic hard armour plate is designed to fit in the side pockets of armour carriers and plate carriers designed for this purpose (like Eagle's Plate Carrier with Cummerbund). Manufactured by Ceramic Protection Corp./Protective Products International, and ergonomically designed (dual curve) using proven technology. It provides the wearer with NIJ Level III protection when worn in conjunction with a Level IIIA soft armor system.
