The 4.1 Tactical Field Pants in CRYE Multicam are the field operations version of our popular 4.0 Tactical Pants, virtually identical but with a few small changes at the request of our customers. Most importantly, we added a pocket to the calf area of each leg, bringing the total amount of pockets to eight! Combined with our 4.1 Tactical Field Shirt and 4.0 Tactical Field Smock, the amount of pocket space should satisfy even the most demanding field operator.
Like the 4.0 Tactical Pants, perfect fit is accomplished through our unique waist adjustment system. Other BDU-style pants use pull tabs with buckles which bunch up the fabric and create pressure points which chafe the skin, especially when wearing duty belts. These pull tabs also distort the shape of the pants which creates a "sloppy" appearance. Our 4.1 Tactical Field Pants on the other hand, adjust to your exact waist size using a patented velcro waist band which fits extremely comfortable and does NOT bunch up. The belt loops are oversized to allow for wearing of wider duty belts. A heavy duty nylon zipper is used in the fly instead of buttons. Two large thigh pockets, two slant front pockets, two rear pockets and two calf pockets provide for plenty of load carrying capacity. “Double” pocket flaps cover the buttons on the thigh and calf pockets and ensure that everything stays inside and buttons don't get caught on stuff. Of course we have doubled the material on the seat and knees for when the going gets rough. Inseam is 34".
Super tough and very comfortable 50/50 NYCO Twill Multicam fabric from CRYE Precision is used throughout. This outstanding fabric is milspec (MIL-PRF-MCCUU) and its camouflage abilities are second to none in a wide range of environments. The 4.1 Tactical Field Pants (and the matching 4.1 Tactical Field Shirt) are the result of extensive consultation with operators from many different organizations and backgrounds and we truly feel we have come as close to the perfect no-nonsense field pants as is possible!
