In a twist to the standard boonie hat, we decided to build a version using authentic Canadian Forces CADPAT TW Gore-Tex fabric.  The CADPAT TW (Temperate Woodland) Gore-Tex on the one side will keep your head dry, while the quick-drying and very comfortable 50/50 NYCO Canadian Combat Cloth CADPAT AR (Arid Regions) on the opposite side will provide comfort under a wide range of field conditions. Grommets on both sides allow for the use of a neck string if desired.
