The Blackhawk Desert Ops Boot is the most comfortable, lightweight, athletic species of tactical footwear ever made. This boot is constructed of high-abrasion suede and water-resistant cordura. The Cordura panels breath for comfort and help reduce the overall weight of the boot.The steel shank provides additional support needed when under the load of a full pack, while a fully gusseted tongue prevents debris from entering the boot. The 2” ankle webbing enhances stability, with a long-wearing, water-friendly polyurethane midsole. The Dri-Lex inner lining, allows the foot to breathe and keep dry, despite hot and strenuous conditions the integrated moisture-wicking lining pulls moisture away from the foot.The Vibram outsole, which exceeds international slip and oil-resistance standards, is made up of one of the most durable rubber compounds available, lasting longer and providing a higher level of grip than the industry standard.
