After listening to years of complaints about other tactical pants on the market, we decided to design our own!  The 4.0 Tactical Pants is the toughest, most comfortable tactical pants available today, period! The difference?  First of all, perfect fit is accomplished through our unique waist adjustment system.  Other BDU-style pants use pull tabs with buckles which bunch up the fabric and create pressure points which chafe the skin, especially when wearing duty belts.  These pull tabs also distort the shape of the pants which creates a "sloppy" appearance.  Our 4.0 Tactical Pants on the other hand, adjust to your exact waist size using a patented velcro waist band which fits extremely comfortable and does NOT bunch up.  The belt loops are oversized to allow for wearing of wider duty belts. A heavy duty nylon zipper is used in the fly instead of the conventional buttons. Six pockets, with bellow pockets on the thigh, for plenty of load carrying capacity and “double” pocket flaps so everything stays inside and buttons don't get caught on stuff. Of course we have doubled the material on the seat and knees for when the going gets rough. The toughest 60/40 Poly/Cotton Twill we could find is used throughout. This fabric is also double-dyed, making fading a thing of the past.
